How to file if my parent claimed me as a dependent on their return?

If your parent or another person claims you as a dependent on their tax return, you must indicate this in your tax return.

There is a question field within our system that allows you to indicate that you have been claimed by someone. 

To locate this question

1) Login to your MyFreeTaxReturn.com account

2) Select Taxpayer Information in the sidebar and answer the, Is the Taxpayer a dependent of someone else question
